@William Gryzbowski Currently, I cannot boot into RC.1 at all.
I will try to reproduce the problem with RC.1 as soon as my pool is imported.
Per the ticket below, the fix is slated for RC.2 and I can't start resilvering my pool without functional system. I had to retreat to BETA.2 to boot and get to my data. If you guys can provide me with a hot fix for this ticket, I'll try to reproduce the problem as soon as my system boots and imports the pool:

We will need you to verify if the problem persists in RC.1 release, please.
When doing that paste the full output of a zpool status and a screenshot fo the UI.

Can you please attach a debug file to this ticket? To generate a debug file on TrueNAS SCALE, log in to the TrueNAS web interface, go to System Settings > Advanced, then click Save Debug and wait for the file to download to your local system.
This is for TrueNAS-SCALE-21.08-BETA.2
Command line `zpool status` command shows:
33.75% done, 01:30:28 to go,
And the UI at the same time shows
Status: SCANNING
Completed: 11.21%
Time Remaining: 0 seconds
Errors: 0
