thanks for the ticket. This is a known problem, unfortunately and I have a ticket opened up at as an umbrella ticket. Unfortunately, this problem is tricky to fix so investigation is ongoing.

Can you please attach a debug file to this ticket? To generate a debug file on TrueNAS CORE, log in to the TrueNAS web interface, go to System > Advanced, then click Save Debug and wait for the file to download to your local system.

Have had a couple python 3.9 coredumps on an otherwise very stable system with no history of issues. Each time the web UI became unavailable - it was succesfully recovered with a restart of middleware. Attached is a coredump. Running TrueNAS-12.0-U6
