can you confirm please if the issue persists after a reboot of the system ? And if it does, can you please recommend some suitable time slots and we can schedule a team viewer session to debug this further as the services seem to be active/working from what i have been able to see in the debug but for some reason the pods are not being initialized. Looking forward to hearing from you. Thanks!

Thank you for letting us know about it . At the point, debug was taken zfs provisioner is not running with other core components as well of the cluster and they are in a state to be initialized. Ideally they should have initialized after a few minutes kubernetes is started. Can you please attach a newer debug of the system so that i can confirm if indeed they are stuck at being initialized ? Also please do attach the debug under private attachment - as otherwise everyone can download the debug. Thanks!

I get an error when trying to create apps. This was a fresh install then imported my pool.
waiting for a volume to be created, either by external provisioner "zfs.csi.openebs.io" or manually created by system administrator
