[SCALE] Downloading certificates is not working correctly

So I created a certificate from Let's Encrypts via CSR. 

If I now want to download the certificate (the one on the left) I get two files. In this case the "cert" private key and the "cert" certificate. But the "cert" certificate is empty If being downloaded via the GUI.
