smbd core dump

Description

I was working with a program from my Windows 11 PC and attempted to save a file, to which the program alerted me that there was an error saving the file. I believe the file may have had a hyphen in the name originally. About 1 minute after that, I received a core dump email from my TN Scale host asking to open a ticket and supply the core dump data.

I believe this is resolved with RC1.2 as I've been unable to replicate. Thanks!

You can remove your debug if you wish.

You have vfs_recycle enabled, and I fixed a bug that could crash smbd in interesting ways here:
https://gitlab.com/samba-team/samba/-/commit/be3a47e22ad6be204f4a7d6070f82f990c17e6fb

I believe it's fixed in RC1.2 (you're currently on 1.1). Upgrade and see if it happens again.

Corefile is unfortunately not going to be helpful:
warning: Corrupted shared library list: 0x55bbdaa35980 != 0x0
Shows attempt to gpfs_init(), but we don't have gpfs, so I think we probably have garbage here.

Yes, dump attached to private.

Please let me know if there is private data in the dump and if I can delete it once you've reviewed it.
