SCALE wrongly announce over WSDD as TNSBUILDS01 - middlewared wrongly pupulates /etc/wsdd.conf

Description

Middlewared seems wrongly populate /etc/wsdd.conf
causing nas wrongly announce hostname over WSDD service.

root@ATUIN:/var/db/system/update# cat /etc/wsdd.conf

You originally tagged this bug as applying to nightlies, but your debug shows RC2. Did you try the nightlies?
