Duplicate drives in pool creation

Description

Only just discovered on TrueNAS SCALE 22.02-RC2, no idea if other versions or CORE is affected.

When you create a pool and select all drives and pick "suggest layout", with one drive still remaining "unsuggested" you can add that drive and a duplicate "suggested" drive will also be added to the pool.

Low impact since it seems to be a purely visual bug, when the pool is created it's showing that it's just using one of the "two" disks, and the pool seems to function as intended.
