Core Files found

Description

The web UI was not responsive so I had to reboot.

The following system core files were found: python3.9.core. Please create a ticket at https://jira.ixsystems.com/ and attach the relevant core files along with a system debug. Once the core files have been archived and attached to the ticket, they may be removed by running the following command in shell: 'rm /var/db/system/cores/*

don't worry about the core file, This is happening to other people so I've got enough collateral from them. I'm closing this as a duplicate to NAS-113309. Thanks

How do I split a core file up?

My core is 342MB.

Is it a zip, or tar without the extension?

can you attach the core file to this ticket? If it's larger than 50MB you'll need to compress it and then might even need to split it into smaller files. The private attachment isn't working and IT team is still trying to resolve that problem.

Thank you for your reply. Something odd is happening with Jira. Just attach the files to the Attachment area and we'll take care of the privacy part on this end. I noticed this issue earlier on a different ticket.
