SCALE 22.02-RC.2 - Local User Accounts - not able to deactivate "Microsoft Account" option if no e-mail is inserted

Description

I found an annoying bug in SCALE 22.02-RC.2

How to reproduce it:

Create a new account, fill out "Full Name", "Username" and "Password" and leave all other settings as default.
Edit the newly created user: Activate "Microsoft Account" option and save the user.
Although you haven't entered an e-mail, you're able to activate "Microsoft Account" option.
After that, you're not able to edit this user at all, as SCALE comes up with the error message "The Microsoft Account feature requires an email address."
But you can neither deactivate the "Microsoft Account" option nor add an e-mail to this user account.

Would you please add a debug report to the Private Attachments area of this issue ticket.

To generate a debug file on TrueNAS SCALE, log in to the TrueNAS web interface, go to System Settings > Advanced, then click Save Debug and wait for the file to download to your local system.
