Fatal trap 12 on bnxt(4) attach durring update to 12.0-U8

Going to close this as suggested by the reporter, as it seems to be really an upstream issue that unfortunately not much we can do with lack of resources and hardware.

The firmware, But I still had the same result  I attached the latest screen recording, and the before and after Firmware.  Looks like it has the same failure as before the update.

I learned a lot about my server, I will just plan on a 1GB Connection to this server, and pull the card.  and maybe if someone in the future has this issue they will know that this issue is related to this NIC.

I appreciate all the help.  I learned a lot about this server that I didn't know. 

I am sending this unit out to a data center out of state later this week.  So I will not be able to try too much hands on stuff.

Thanks. The video is interesting.  I see there "Using 0 RX queues 0 TX queues" message, followed by different allocation errors and then errors from failed error handling.  I'll try to look what could cause the original obviously wrong detection of number of queues, it could help if you investigated question of any firmware updates or configuration this card may have.  The error handling seems to be broken. that causes the panic at the end, but the source of the problem must be earlier, during the driver attach.

Tried installing 13.0 Beta  Still had issues with not page fault in kernel mode.

I removed the card and everything still works.

I wonder if it is an issue with the Dell 10GB NIC.

The weird thing is it worked with 12.0.U7 just not beyond that.

I reinstalled the video card and captured the screen.  Here is the video.

I will try to upgrade to 13 and see if the problem persists.
