12.0-U8 is the last release for the 12 series so there is nothing I can do, unfortunately. I'm hoping 13 has fixed this problem.

Unfortunately, I will not be able to try this. As the bug appears on long term (at least a few days), and our truenas boxes are provisioned frequently, I cannot install an update which is not stable. In case of trouble I will not be able to roll back.

I am building my own truenas based on latest stable release (mailny because of the ctld live reconfiguration improvement). So, then I'll have to build one based on 13. I'll need time for that. Can you point me some of the applied fixes?

12.0-U8 is the final release for the 12 train. Is there any way you could test this on a 13 nightly image? There have been significant memory leaks that were patched in another python related library that I'm hoping should resolve this.
