WebUI Scrub command is synchronous

Description

I picked "Scrub" on a pool and was presented with this modal status indicator. I waited quite some time at 0% and periodically checked with a zpool status on the command line, seeing it conclude that the scrub will take 18 days, 8 days, 7 days, 5 days, " 1 days 08:47:38 to go ", etc. (that's probably another bug worth fixing).

This modal UI remains on screen. Scrubs are async operations, so I'd expect the UI to tell me that and suggest how I can see progress and results. Perhaps an indicator in the upper-right of the page that shows an async task in progress that animates some spinning arrows.

Duh. Right in front of my nose. All these non-standard UI elements produced by Angular don't look like buttons to me.
