nameserver from DHCP not set on reboot

Description

I just migrated my test NAS, running on an Atom D2550 CPU to SCALE 22.02 and upon initial boot, the nameserver is not properly configured even though the DHCP lease is sent a DNS server. /etc/resolv.conf is missing the `nameserver` line.

Looking at /var/lib/dhcp lease file `option domain-name-server ...` is in the lease. If I restart networking the nameserver is properly set.

As a workaround, I'm setting the nameserver explicitly in the network settings.
