Jails are unable to reconnect to web-UI after restarting a live jail

Description

After restarting a DCHP jail, the ip cannot be released upon restart and i am unable to connect to web up

Example:

Step One: Start jail qbitorrent

Step Two: Restart jail qbittorrent

Step Three: Try to access webUI at 192.168.2.x

  this shouldn’t be a duplicate. Its a separate issue from the constant restarting. Then constant restarting is my whole system crashing. This issue is when a jail is restarted after already being active it cannot be accessed.
