[SCALE] Setting Record Size to 1 MiB is not working

Description

If you try to set the Record Size to 1 MiB in the WebUI you'll get the error:

{rs!r} is an invalid recordsize.

I also noticed another issue. If you try to edit an existing Dataset and have set Inherit in the Dataset on top, the form will show the inherited value but like "Inherit (512 KiB)" instead of "512 KiB".
