Unable to login to Jira from Support page in GUI

After upgrading to 13.0-RELEASE I can't login to Jira via the Support page to open tickets and automatically attach a debug.

I upgraded from 12.0-U8.1

 

I tested again this morning and the issue remains, however when trying to login to add this comment I think I found the issue. When I tried to log into Jira here I was given a captcha form to fill out before I could log in. The Support page in the product doesn't appear to have the ability to handle captcha messages. After I was able to login to the normal Jira website to start adding this comment, and checked remember me, I was then able to login via the GUI. It seems the GUI doesn't properly handle Jira asking for a captcha.
