Create Expandable Tree Table Component

For the upcoming Storage page redesign, we need an extended IxTableComponent which has the following features

• A row header which has a slightly different background and differently styled text. It doesn't follow the table column structure. It can contain custom HTML

• Expandable hierarchical rows. Similar to the Storage page, rows that are expanded and show child rows with slightly indented space.

• Select states on both rows, child rows, and sub-headers. It should be possible to make the rows selectable. Giving the selected row special styling. Selecting a row should also have a mechanism to alert the parent component etc.
