Add new Kubernetes Passthrough Functionality

Description

We have a need for customer ability to directly manage K8’s and Charts via the built-in standard Kubernetes APIs. For this to work will need the following implemented:

  • Option to enable K8’s Passthrough Mode - When Enabled:

    • Expose the full set of K3’s REST APIs publicly

    • Ensure standard CLI tools such as kubectl and others work out of box

    • If this creates conflicts with our Apps UI / APIS, disable with a message to the user that passthrough-mode is enabled and to manage directly via K8’s APIS/tools.
