Thanks. If upgrade is not working we will need a /data/update.failed file that is created in these cases.

I just did a clean install of RC and it actually booted cleanly this time 👍

It does it regardless of upgrade or clean install. Hang on, I'll upload the log with no config as well.

I’ve tried several times to do updates to my current install and it always ends with “middleware.d noit running. Please press enter for root shell”
This has happened both with upgrades and clean installation (into current boot environment). I’ve tried tons of different combinations (nightly,l bluiefin,etc) and it seems to be anything after SCALE-22.02.4 the issue is present.
I’m assuming it’s a bug with my specific hardware.
