Please update to a later nightly because I can't reproduce this running on version `23.10-MASTER-20230112-072855`

SCALE Version: TrueNAS-SCALE-23.10-MASTER-20221222-062906
I have an existing SMART test job set up for short and long. If I try to edit the description / the schedule / the disks, it throws a validation error saying
[EINVAL] smart_test_update.type: There already is an all-disks SHORT test [EINVAL] smart_test_update.data.schedule: A SHORT test already runs at Tue, 00:00
As a result i have to delete and recreate the smart test entry with the new values
Expected behavior: I should be able to edit an existing entry for smart tests without this validation error
