Talked to Caleb, it’s good enough for now (for bluefin). How we work with preferences would have to be redesigned for Cobia.

We are saving some user preferences and we are currently using hardcoded root id (see usages for
rootUserId).It is now however possible to select an admin user instead of a root user when setting up Truenas or resetting config.
We need to update places where preferences are saved and use current user’d id.
