Display waiting reason for WAITING replication task

Description

Currently it displays job status (RUNNING) instead of replication task status (WAITING). Replication task status is more informative than the job status so it should be displayed instead.

In 13.0 it displayed replication task status which is better but we did not have reason then so it tried to display logs which were absent.
