Description

Hello Team,
My trueNAS report an error.

One of the pool is listed as ONLINE (Unhealthy)
And there is some errors.

”The following system core files were found: rrdtool.core, rrdcached.core. Please create a ticket at and attach the relevant core files along with a system debug. Once the core files have been archived and attached to the ticket, they may be removed by running the following command in shell: 'rm /var/db/system/cores/*'.

Is there any hope to make pool healthy again or should be deleted and created again.
There is no backup of this pool.

Regards
Stan

Please review the TrueNAS hardware guide:

ZFS on top of hardware RAID is an unsupported configuration that is known to potentially cause data corruption and/or loss. ZFS has already detected errors due to this misconfiguration, and so you should carefully review the guide and adjust your server accordingly.

Hello, thank you for your reply. The pool is on top of raid-5. On top of supermicro server.

It seems you’re using some type of hardware RAID underneath ZFS. Since your zpools are named as so and the size of your single drive zpools are > 100TB. We do not support hardware RAID so any help on this problem will need to be gathered from the community.

I see a single vdev with 136 TiB storage. Did you build your zpool on top of a RAID-10 array?
