User creation wizard does infact not create a subdir if the given path does not end with username

Description

It just creates the homedir in the given path. Existing permissions areoverwritten and default files are created. It doesn’t matter if the given dir is a folder or a dataset, same thing happens.

I used to use this in core, is this not working in scale? If not, please remove the hint that still says otherwise.

Reproducable on TrueNAS-SCALE-22.12.0. Accessing webUI with FF 109.0, if that even matters.
