nss_winbind can return results for passdb-backed local users

Description

nss_winbind shouldn’t be giving results / short-circuit when a user is local and request is getpwnam, getpwuid, getgrnam, getgrgid.

Currently, if you delete a local group from `/etc/group` file and it has an entry in samba’s group_mapping.tdb, then run getgrnam on it, nss_winbind will return a result. This is incorrect.
