make enclosure.sync_disk work on R30

Description

Adding nvme drive bay mapping was relatively easy. Now we need to make sure that the enclosure column in the storage_disk table is updated properly for this sytem. This requires touching enclosure.sync_disk maybe or potentially more changes are needed to the actual logic required for mapping the drives.
