Validate that SCST 3.8.x debug build builds correctly with 2debug in scale-build

Description

While working on an upstream (3.8.x) SCST with the debian dbg commit also applied there still appeared to be an issue with 2debug .

The build log shows the expected 2debug and a subsequent 2release

When installed it doesn’t appear that TRACE_ENTRY() and TRACE_EXIT are functioning as expected for 2debug.
