Can't add image docer

Description

When i’d like to add new aplikaction over Apps/Launch Docker Image:

Not see a wizard only one form with ex version and I can't change it
when ia ad ex motioneye dodocer image - a state it’s DEPLOYING

latest is not a valid tag for that image.
