It seems everything has stabilized now, free RAM has gone from approx 13.Gb to 21.7Gb. is this normal behavior for new systems for the reporting to show fluctuating statistics initially?

I recently migrated my system from old hardware to a newly built PC on an Intel 12th gen platform. Since upgrading my reporting statistics seems strange. When looking at CPU charts there is breaks in the reporting (See CPU-Stats.jpg) and also my RAM utilization is fluctuating rapidly. When looking at the main GUI in TrueNAS SCALE and at the Memory card, the RAM free amount for example is changing constantly in front of my eyes.
I am unsure if this is normal behavior on the newer hardware or not but when compared to my old Core i7 870 based system it seems the system is unstable.
My current new hardware is based on Intel Core i3 12100, MSI PRO B660M-G DDR4 motherboard using latest BIOS, 32Gb RAM.
