Adding screenshot of note that was added immediately after the ticket was created detailing the system reporting the improper version. No system update was performed after I uploaded the debug but I am on the new version. (per my screenshot added right after a normal reboot) The bug for system version on the homepage and in the debug log must pull from the same place.

No where in your original description do you mention that after reboot it reported the improper version. Either way, the debug you provided is from 22.12.2 and not 22.12.3.1.

This issue is on 22.12.3.1 please read my ticket notes and look at my screenshots. Part of the issue was that the system was reporting the improper version but after a reboot the system version was correct.

You are not on the latest stable version of SCALE. You’re running 22.12.2 when there is 22.12.3.1. More importantly, 22.12.3.1 has a targeted fix specifically aimed at trying to fix apps starting up at boot. This ticket will remain closed. If you have same issue in 22.12.3.1, then open a fresh ticket and attach a debug.

I am on the latest stable version of Scale. This has been an issue through numerous upgrades and full clean reinstalls. This ticket did include debug and the debug occurred while the apps were stuck in deploying. This ticket should not be closed.

Often times my applications after a reboot or update will just get stuck in a "Deploying" state and will not reliably start working on their own. I cannot reliably reboot my system because of this without monitoring the apps. My system as I submit this ticket is currently in this state. I will attach screenshots after I submit this ticket.
This affects all apps from both IX systems and Truecharts.
