After upgrading from 13.0-U4 to 13.0-U5.1, I was unable to create a fresh Time Machine backup destination. TM failed with message “The backup disk image could not be created”. After temporarily going back to the 13.0-U4 Boot Environment I was able to make the first backup. Then after going back to the 13.0-U5.1 Boot Environment I was able to keep on making backups to the already existing backup destination.
