Old Alerts "Stuck" in Display

Description

Alerts that I dismissed a while ago continue to display. Other alerts that have been dismissed are no longer visible. I am not able to reproduce the behavior, but I cannot remove these two alerts.

If I remember correctly, these alerts appeared before I upgraded from Core to Scale. One of them has now disappeared. I only see the single "old" alert now.
