Although it can be run now, the next upgrade will still report an error, just like before.So you shoud not close issue without any changes @Caleb.

@Caleb To be precise, it worked fine after reconfiguration of PCI network passthrougth.

@Caleb I have upgraded to the latest version（22.12.3.2）.But I'm worried that the same issue will still occur during the next upgrade, so I submitted a bug here

Sorry, I see that you attached a debug. Have you tried to upgrade to 22.12.3.2? It has a specific fix for VM pass through devices.

due to set a PCI passthrough network card to VM,The docker(k8s network) cannot startup after upgrade.
I have found this problem several times after upgrade.The network card need to been return to host and reconfigure again!
