Have the same issue here, it started to happen in sept-oct after one update, i can´t remember which one. Before it was working nice.
root@truenas[~]# lspci | grep VGA
00:01.0 VGA compatible controller: Device 1234:1111 (rev 02)
01:00.0 VGA compatible controller: NVIDIA Corporation TU106 [GeForce GTX 1650] (rev a1)
root@truenas[~]# nvidia-smi
No devices were found
The card is selectable from the isolation menu but it isn´t in the apps configuration menu.
Tried a fresh install with 23.10 with the same result.

I am removing myself from this thread until new information comes to light.

How can you guarantee this is not a bug. You have give no proof other than saying a very broad statement. What are the logs proving that it’s hardware related?

This is not a user help forum. This is a bug report system.
nvidia-smi is not returning anything, this is outside the scope of this project. If you find out why, let us know, otherwise please try help in our forums.

I understand that too but if there no way to debug why from my end? It’s not fair to just say it’s a hardware issue with no real way to back that up.
I am unable to select my GPU for apps. When I run nvidia-smi I get back no devices found.
