Yes, if you could directly from the TrueNAS IP, please. That would help pinpoint where the problem lies.

Hi William,
No worries. I’m not using any proxy, unless traefik/ingress to reach the TN web-ui counts. I can try from the Truenas IP address this weekend if that would help.
Yes, the error has occurred consistently for two different computers, one inside the LAN, and the other outside of it.
