The quoted kernel panic is the identical to one that was fixed by 22.12.3.3, so this must be duplicate. I am closing this ticket, but please feel free to open another one if you see this again after update.

Instead of rolling back, we moved forward to 22.12.3.3, as we noticed the release notes mentioned encrypted ZFS replication issue. The replication takes place at midnight when the kernel panics are observed.
So far, no more kernel panics, but it has only been one night. I’ll report up over the next couple days see if this does it.

Kernel panicked again at midnight. I believe it is identical. We’re going to rewind to a previous patch releases this evening see if it goes away.
It seems all of our cloud sync tasks, snapshots and replication tasks are all working.

I was initially seeing all my VM’s not running (as they don’t autostart). Then tailed dmesg and see it has been a kernel panic at midnight. I have no idea why this would start happening.
