Datasets table tree toggle behavior is broken

Description

Hierarchy:
In this system “test-parent“ and “test2“ have child datasets.
The screen shots below show that “test-parent”’s chevron is on the “test” dataset row. It does nothing on click. Clicking on the chevron next to “test2” will expand all the rows below it.
