Virtual IP portal address for iSCSI ALUA target not applied correctly

Description

When ALUA is enabled the Virtual IP will be presented to the user as a pair of IPs - one for each controller - separated by a '/'.

This was NOT being correctly written to /etc/scst.conf. Instead the virtual IP was used, which means that only one of the two paths to the ALUA target can be used.
