I still cannot use my apps. I need to solve this without rebooting as I am using my NAS at the moment.

debug file did not upload though it was produced. I had to upload it by generating it again and then uploading it myself.

None of my installed apps are listed as intalled. I change disks on another pool and then rebooted.
