I can confirm that after upgrading to 23.10.0.1 everything works. Thank you very much!

Pretext: TrueNAS Scale 22.12.4.2 Upgraded to 23.10.0
Symptoms: The App Service will be stuck at initialising stage
Steps to Reproduce:
Unset any pool in App Service
Choose a pool without ‘ix-applications’ dataset to start from scratch with the following prerequisites
For the pool, the root dataset of pool should be encrypted similar to this layout:
Once ready, install any apps, such as qBittorrent as an example
Reboot your server
The App Service will be stuck at “Initilializing App Services”
Observations:
App Services runs correctly when starting from scratch, however the symptom returns when TrueNAS restarts.
When TrueNAS restarts, odd behaviour of a new “directory” of the pool/”ix-applications” dataset appended with a timestamp at the rear will be generated, with the following screenshots as examples
