Hi, apologies for the delay. The reason this is happening and doesn’t make sense on the backend is due to Box manually enforcing API call limitations suddenly.
I think it would be best to close this issue. Backing up Box accounts with a large number of files may not be possible due to their API call quota, which is manually enforced at an apparently random time.

Something changed in the Box API behavior. As I see in the logs, refresh tokens are pulled from rclone configs back to our database correctly.
does your system have the correct system time?
I added a 3rd Box.com account to our system. This account’s refresh token keeps expiring after a day, while the others are refreshed correctly. The other two accounts were added prior to applying update 13.0-U5.3. Unsure of how to address with rclone.
