Commenting with potentially relevant data:
all drives are currently showing properly in the UI. Running the midclt command above only shows the pools I use for the services I run on the system.
S.M.A.R.T. tests all report back green, though there was one instance of the O.S. volume coming back as poor. I can’t replicate that report now, so IDK if that was a false flag, a blip, or if it’s due to the fact that it’s going through a hardware RAID controller. In any case, it’s irrelevant as it’s still operating just fine.

Hi team,
I upgraded to U6 a few days ago and now have my main data pool, Pool01, completely missing from my system.
Things I've attempted:
zpool import -m – yields no results
midclt call pool.query | jq — only returns the pool I use for my Plugins.
Basic Hardware breakdown:
2x HP P2000 storage SANs with 12x 4TB SAS drives in each
1x Proliant DL360 G7 running TrueNAS
Initial setup went through without a problem; all disks reported healthy and available. Setup is only 3-ish months old at this point. Currently have around 70TB of data in this missing pool, with no way to get most of it back outside of your assistance.
Let me know if there's anything else I can provide for you all.
Thanks!
