Enclosure View not working in TrueNAS-13.3-MASTER-202403290732

Description

On TrueNAS mini XL+ 3.0
Enclosure renders empty
in js debug console i see: Object { error: 22, type: null, reason: "31 is not a valid PoolStatus", trace: {…}, extra: null }
Debug attached.

yup you were right, i did reinstall with recreation of boot-pool, now it is rendering, but all disks are marked as available , not attached to pool, so probably py-libzfs still need to be updated.
disks tab properly expose information about disk pool assignment.
only enclosure seems to be faulty.

boot-pool , were initially created on core 13.0
then scale
then i did install core 13.3 in new bootenv (without media reformating)
none of disk-pools been upgraded science 13.0 as i am playing back and forth. between scale and core.
that may be an issue.

Away from builder, but above diff should build with python-libzfs from stable/dragonfish. I think this is reasonable path forward to catch various zfs-related changes.
