@Kyle Corbeille thanks for the ticket but your debug shows a ton of pcie errors being spammed. Unfortunately, this looks like some sort of hardware failure. I also see that you’ve set pci-noaer
as an advanced kernel parameter. Why? Either way, there isn’t a software bug here from the looks of it, this is a hardware issue.

Upgraded 24.04 to 24.04.1 then upgraded ZFS flags through this page's UI. Rebooted AND changed to CSM Legacy boot. Drives are not being recognized by TrueNAS.
BUG: ZFS pool shows in 'Storage' UI but with no drives online. Drives are showing up as 'Unassigned Disks' and show that they are indeed part of the pool but not associated. 'Import Pool' function shows no pools available to import.
Multiple drives/vdevs are missing, so it makes sense that the pool is completely borked. However, I feel showing the drives in 'Unassigned Disks' while also showing they are associated with the empty pool is very confusing. I mis takingly thought all drives were showing up but just not associating with the pool. Upon entering a zpool import through the CLI, I was given the necessary information to see that the pool is missing entire vdevs worth of drives. Managing devices on the pool gives an empty screen, rather than displaying all the available and missing drives.
