Option to clear recent searches

Description

It might be nice to have the option to clear recent searches. I don’t have a particular use case in mind, but the ability to clear search history is almost universal wherever search history exists.

Let’s add a small x on the right of a past search result so that user can remove it.

I agree. Though, if I search documentation for swear words, you do capture my search term. Again, not something I really have a good use case for.

In the future, if we allow users to search for their own named objects in the UI, then maybe it would be more valuable.

One thing to note here is that contrary to most sites we are not storing your query, only the result you clicked.

So there is no possibility of having something embarrassing in search results.
