ZVOL Block Cloning

Description

There have been talks about supporting Block Cloning for iSCSI XCOPY.

We have been told block cloning for zvol has not been implemented in ZFS because of the lack of APIs in OS level.

It seems we should investigate possible APIs and/or see what it would take to implement one?

Since we do recommend ZVOLs for iSCSI there would be little benefit in adding block cloning for files only (SCST).
