netdata generates large amounts of log spam due to UPS-related checks

nut_get_all() { run -t $nut_timeout upsc -l || echo "ix-dummy-ups" }

This is failing and generating tons of entries in /var/log/netdata/error.log

Because I don’t have NUT running (no UPS).
