Issues to consider:
Profile menu is now crowded.
It’s unclear if users would know to look under profile menu for things like API keys or Guide.
Theme settings are per user, yet they are under General system settings.
About dialog is probably not very helpful at the moment. Either make it more helpful or remove in favour of Setings page.
