EE: Hourly Schedule is not working for TrueCloud Backup Task

Description

System: r40-1

Version: ElectricEel-24.10.0-MASTER-20240729-035441

I added a TrueCloud Backup task and scheduled it for an hourly basis. But it did not run hourly. Only the run job works.

Note: I checked the custom/daily schedule and they did not run automatically.
