Email Options - From Email - needs additional information in the tooltip

Description

navigate to 'System Settings --> General --> Email --> Settings'

And there is a field called 'From Email'.

This too me was a confusing option especially after I read the tooltip.

"the user account Email to use for the envelope From email address. The user account Email in Accounts > Users > Edit must be configured first."

Also, the email address I used, was not in any user profile but I could send emails.

This field appears to be the "Reply-To" field.

So can the field be renamed to "Reply To" or at the very least update the tooltip to explain this and add the words "Reply To header" in it.

The user account must be already setup I don't understand so maybe this can be explained more as it did not seem to do anything.
